5. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: All AI tools, workflows, software, and materials developed by Polaris Labs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use deliverables for your internal business purposes.

  • Your IP: You retain ownership of any data, materials, or intellectual property you provide to us. You grant us a licence to use these solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

  • Restrictions: You must not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Privacy
